Snaptrip says

Bryn Eithin is a well-regarded cottage, praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and quiet location. Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches like Welsh cakes and milk, and find the property to be a great base for exploring Snowdonia. While some minor maintenance issues and suggestions for improvements are noted, the overall experience is positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The cottage receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning it being very clean and comfortable. One review noted an odd smell in the kitchen cupboards, but this seems to be an isolated comment.

The location is generally appreciated for its proximity to local attractions and quietness. However, one review mentioned a lack of local dining options, which suggests the location may not be ideal for those looking for evening entertainment within walking distance.

Comfort is consistently highlighted, with guests finding the beds and sofas very comfortable. The quietness of the house also contributes to a comfortable stay. There is a suggestion for wardrobe space, indicating room for improvement.

Facilities are well-received, with a fully equipped kitchen and smart TV mentioned. However, there are several comments about maintenance issues such as a dripping tap, slow WiFi, and a need for a drying area for wet gear, which affects the score.

Thoughtfulness is evident through the provision of welcome treats like Welsh cakes and milk, as well as the inclusion of extra plug sockets and a mirror. However, as these gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, they are a delightful bonus rather than a standard offering.

It was clean, warm, and really homely. Very quiet area, you literally do not hear anything, I’ve slept really well. Will not hesitate to stay here again, shops near by and it’s in the perfect place to visit other places of wales, we have been to Morfa Nefyn, Anglesey, Beddgelert and Aberystwyth were we visited a park and watched the red kite bird get fed, there was well over 100 of them, amazing experience

Spent 3 days in confort and warmth in late december. Easy parking as house is not on the main road. Great base to explore zipworld, the steam train and north wales.

Plenty to do and see in the area. Would definitely return for another stay.
