Its location is praised for proximity to the beach and local amenities. While some guests find the property comfortable and well-appointed, others note issues with comfort due to soft beds and lack of windows. The property is generally well-received as a base for exploring the area and accommodating pets.
Most guests found the property to be clean and well-maintained, though there were isolated comments about dog hairs on bedding and a green shower drain. The overall impression is that the property is kept to a high standard of cleanliness.
The property's location is highly regarded, with guests appreciating its central position in the village, proximity to the beach, and ease of access to local attractions and amenities in Cemaes Bay.
Comfort receives mixed reviews; some guests mention a comfortable stay, while others find the beds too soft and the lack of windows problematic. The absence of fresh air flow and uncomfortable furniture are noted by some guests.

Guests often mention the thoughtful welcome gifts, such as wine, which contribute to a positive experience. However, it should be noted that such gestures are at the discretion of the owner and may not be a consistent offering for all stays.
The Studio is a ground floor annexe to the rear of the high street in the village Cemaes Bay, set on the north coast of Anglesey in North Wales. It is situated near owner’s property The Old Post Office. This is the perfect holiday for couples wanting a peaceful break. The main bedroom has a lovely double bed with an integrated wardrobe and TV. However the fridge was frozen, so our milk etc kept freezing up. I intended to ring the owner, but the Internet was down and my phone had no signal, we intended to ring when out and about but kept forgetting. Sorry about that. But over all a really nice place. Sort the fridge out and I'd definitely stay there again. Close to all amenities, sea, shops, pubs, cafe, with lots of places to visit. I loved this little village. Car park was 2 minutes away and free, which was great. I would recommend..

Generally clean and tidy with pretty much everything you need. Few points that would require improving and our main frustration was the WiFi. The signal is really weak to a point where the TVs struggling at times and often tripped out and were constantly streaming for a signal. Sometimes we had to just give up. Struggled to connect phones too. This requires an upgrade in my opinion. Needs a wardrobe for clothes too as thereâs a small cubby type hole in the bedroom with about 6 hangers thatâs it. Table in the garden would also be nice as this is shown in the pictures advertising but there isnât one there. The property however is well kitted out with pretty much everything you need. Really nice touch with a bottle of welcome Prosecco and chocolates. Itâs ok for a short break but not sure we could stay there a week for the reasons mentioned above.

Would recommend 100 percent located 5mins from pubs & shops & beach
