Upon entering the property, you are immediately charmed by the exposed beams, rural views and elegant furnishings that await your arrival. Within this cleverly designed property, you will find two well-presented bedrooms, comprising of a king-size double and a charming twin bedroom, ideal for younger guests. Retreat after a busy day exploring to the living areas, situated on the first floor. From here, you can appreciate the breath-taking scenery from the comfort of your sofa. The designated chef will be delighted with the superb facilities within the stylish kitchen, hosting everything you will need to rustle up an evening meal. From the master bedroom, open up the patio door to discover a quaint courtyard, where you and your loved ones can appreciate the view up to the valley whilst enjoying your evening meal during the warmer months. The rural location of the property means that the closest shop and pub can be found within 5-miles, however each can be easily reached by car. This barn conversion is located in Ascott, Warwickshire. It is close to the ancient town of Chipping Norton, which is steeped in history and culture and has been named an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It has a popular weekly market, numerous book and antique shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs serving excellent food and local ales, art galleries, a museum and a thriving theatre. Chipping Norton is surrounded by the pretty limestone villages of the Cotswolds and offers many walks and cycle trails from the town centre, together with a Lido, perfect for a relaxing swim at the end of a busy day.

Felt very welcome right from the start with fresh eggs and flowers waiting for us. Dark skies in this area meant we could see Saturn's rings from our telescope on a clear night.
