It is ideally located for visiting Stratford on Avon whilst being out of the busyness. It is also an ideal location to visit the Cotswolds. The property has all you need to enjoy a break. It doesnât have a washing machine but, on holiday, thatâs not a great loss. You are surrounded by open countryside and the whole place feels very tranquil. Thereâs a lovely sun trap at the rear of the property and the owners have set out a table and chairs to make use of this space. If you have any issues the owners are on site and very approachable and helpful. The closest shop and restaurant is in Welford on Avon which is about 1 - 1.5 miles away. As there are no footpaths along part of the road from the property to the village walking would not be advisable. All in all a great place and would certainly check out its availability if revisiting the area.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable, it was a real home from home in a peaceful countryside setting. The three year old with us loved the lambs in the adjacent field! The milk and cake on arrival was much appreciated.

It was clean, nicely refurbished and was supplied with everything you need. Downstairs is all open plan which was great for our toddler as he could just run around. The area was quiet with beautiful views of the countryside and was only a short drive into Stratford Town and Evesham. There is a convenience store and three pubs/restaurants within a five minute drive. We tried The Bell Inn and The Four Alls and can highly recommend both. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely be returning.
