Peaceful and relaxing. Good location with amenities nearby. Loved the whole place. Observations ..... Bathroom needed some attention. EG no shaving mirror or 2 pin shaving plug. No clothes hangers or space to hang anything. Not being able to empty rubbish or recycle and store the bin in the cabin all week was unpleasant.

Nice to just relax in the evenings listening to nature and the crackling log fire. The cabin had everything we needed. Thank you for supplying bug spray, came in very handy! Only let down was the access to the cabin via a small field which during a rainy April week was extremely muddy and boggy, we ended up losing 2 pairs of shoes. Access could be improved. Other than that, all was good. The host was very friendly and helpful, and her 3 little dogs that came to visit us were so sweet!

We stayed after our wedding and the calm and quiet was exactly what we needed. Sitting by the lake or inside; both were perfect. We were glad that we started the hot tub fire at 11 as it did take a long time to heat up (4-5 hours) but that just gave us more time to enjoy watching the lake. We would love to come back and actually see the surrounding area, but thatâs for next time!
