A warm welcome by the owner, shown around the property and check we were happy with equipment. The pans were the only drawback as very heavy and arthritic wrists not a good match. The beds were the best we had encountered over many bookings, as good as our own! If we were physically able to walk hilly area we would have enjoyed more areas, but we still found plenty to occupy us. Might be back for the peace and quiet some time.

We were there for the second week of January, a beautiful bright, sunny & freezing cold 7 days, but inside we were warm & cosy. Everything was spotless, plenty of quality equipment & utensils in the kitchen. Only regret - we couldn't make use of the garden, so we'd live to return in warmer days. Our communications with the owners was excellent.
