With the South Devon AONB cradling the River Avon either side from Avonwick all the way down to Bantham, there are plenty of miles to be enjoyed along the meandering waters, offering a chance to spot wildlife, capture peaceful waterside scenery and visit delightful villages along the way or venture deeper into the Dartmoor National Park where more amazing walking and cycling country awaits, visit Avon Dam Reservoir for a scenic stroll around this impressive feat of engineering.
