Snaptrip says

Guests appreciate the property's excellent location, cleanliness, and thoughtful refurbishment. The well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedding are highlights, alongside the property's quietness and proximity to local amenities. Some minor maintenance issues and additional facilities like hooks and a welcome folder are suggested for an enhanced stay.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The property is generally praised for its cleanliness, with mentions of it being 'spotlessly clean'. However, a single mention of a mouldy shower mat suggests room for improvement.

The location is highly regarded, being close to the centre of Dartmouth, shops, restaurants, and the harbour, making it an ideal spot for guests.

The property is considered comfortable, especially the bed and the refurbished areas. However, there are comments about an uncomfortable sofa and a need for additional furniture like a bathroom stool.

Facilities are well-received with a well-equipped kitchen and stylish bathroom. However, points are deducted for maintenance issues like the smoke alarm battery and the need for more cleaning equipment.

While the property is described as thoughtfully refurbished, there is no mention of gifts or special touches that would fall under this category. Therefore, a score cannot be provided.

It has a secure and secluded private entrance and is very quiet, despite its proximity to shops, restaurants and the vibrant harbour. Light floods into the open plan living area through a large south facing window which features an attractive window seat, while the kitchen and bedrooms enjoy the afternoon sun. There is striking attention to detail throughout, with tasteful decor, quality furnishings, themed vintage pictures and imaginative lighting. It is clear that expense hasn't been spared in making this property feel like a home. The attractive and well equipped kitchen appears to have been recently fitted, as does the stylish roll top bath with its overhead shower. Both bedrooms have been furnished with comfort in mind and the mattresses and bedding reflect the same emphasis on quality that is evident elsewhere. The second bedroom is small but charming, with fun seascape themed pictures and curtains, a comfortable truckle bed and an ingeniously compact set of drawers/dressing table and wardrobe. It was a lovely break in an excellent property and we'll definitely be back!

The bathroom floor was a delight. It is ideally situated for shops, restaurants and other town facilities. It could do with some hooks; e.g. back of bathroom door, wet weather hanging space? The bathroom also needs a chair/stool. It was a bit short of cleaning equipment e.g. a mop for spillages!

Very well equipped with all you should need and has a very comfortable bed. My only negatives are that the non-slip shower mat needs to be replaced, it was mouldy and also the property would benefit from some hooks to hang towels, tea towels etc
