The spacious layout on the ground floor offers an open-plan design, featuring a dining table accommodating eight guests, ideal for group gatherings over delicious meals or friendly competition with provided games. The sitting area boasts plush furnishings, an electric fireplace, and a Smart television, perfect for cosy evenings indoors. Adjacent, the charming conservatory offers additional seating and invites relaxation while enjoying the serene views. The well-equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for an ideal self-catering getaway. Featuring an electric oven and hob, two fridges, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a coffee maker, it facilitates the preparation of delicious meals using locally sourced Cornish produce. We have stayed in Roserrow many times, though this is our first visit to April Cottage. The location is outstanding - near the beach, by the golf course, quiet and relatively secluded. The 'cottage' was excellent - spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The younger member of the family particularly liked the games room (garage) and all the sports kit. The garden and surrounds are well maintained and fitted our requirements well.
