. The letdown was the cleanliness and the beds.Worn out mattresses, blood stained pillows, dirty laundry, broken beds, dust and mouldy walls. I do have photos of these areas. Kind regards. D Andrews

The property was ideal for our needs although it did feel a little tlc was needed to bring it back up to standard. We would definitely book again though.

It has improved very little since then. There appears to be little to no cleaning done between changeovers. The ensuite was particularly disgusting. The annexe which we had planned to let our teens stay in was in an awful state so we just shut the door and left it. The cleaning between lets seems to be a common theme, as this has been noted in many reviews, hopefully this can be dealt with so it doesn't continue.
