Snaptrip says

Pear Tree Cottage in Cornwall receives high praise for its immaculate condition, stylish comfort, and excellent facilities, including a hot tub and enclosed garden. Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches, such as welcome gifts and dog-friendly amenities. While one review mentions issues with maintenance and proximity to a cow field, the majority celebrate the cottage's rural charm and privacy, making it a highly recommended stay for both couples and dog owners.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The majority of guests have highlighted the cottage's cleanliness, describing it as immaculate and spotless. One negative comment regarding flies due to uncut grass does not significantly impact the overall high standard perceived by guests.

The location is appreciated for its rural quietness and proximity to Cornwall's attractions. Despite one mention of a nearby builders yard, the overall sentiment is that the location is ideal for a peaceful retreat and exploring the area.

Guests find the cottage very comfortable, with a cosy fire, underfloor heating, and a comfortable bed. The only minor suggestion is for an additional armchair, but this does not detract from the overall comfort experienced.

Facilities are generally praised, especially the hot tub, enclosed garden, and utility room. However, one review cites issues with shower fixings and heating control, suggesting some room for improvement in maintenance.

Many guests mention thoughtful gestures such as welcome packs with treats for both humans and dogs. While these gifts are warmly received, it is important to note that such personal touches, although likely, are not guaranteed for every stay.

Cannot fault the place at all.

Although the weather was terrible it didn't matter as we were so comfortable and content in the cottage. The garden was perfect for our nervous dog, it is fully enclosed. The hot tub is an added bonus.
