The historic market town of Liskeard is located in South East Cornwall at the head of the Looe Valley, and is home to a number of shops, pubs and restaurants. The beaches and harbour of the quaint fishing port of Looe is a mere 13 miles away. In-between there's fishing and watersports at nearby Siblyback Lake, Cotehele House (NT) and gardens, and the championship golf course at St Mellion Country Club. Head to the world famous Eden Project for a superb day out with the children. Even the maritime city of Plymouth with its historic Barbican docks area, outstanding shops, theatres and restaurants and the National Maritime Museum is only 40 minutes by car.

I have mobility problems and itâs ideal as there is only a small step to enter the property, thus itâs perfect for those with disabilities. Only criticism is the fridge is too small and has a broken shelf. A fridge/freezer in the dining room would help no end. This was our second visit and we will be booking another stay soon. Many thanks to the very kind, helpful owner.

We had a plot next to the stream so we had the wonderful sound of water going to bed. It was clean inside and smelt lovely when you walked in. The site is only about 5 mins from Liskeard.
