Hunter Court is a beautiful property set in the idyllic Cotswold village of Clanfield. This substantial home is very spacious and tastefully decorated with a relaxed, family home feel.
Situated within five acres comprising of two fields (often with sheep) and a walled garden of approximately half an acre.
The self-catering holiday retreat is a two minute walk from two cosy 17th century pubs, The Clanfield Tavern and The Double Red Duke, with excellent food and roaring log fires. The village also boasts a post office and village shop. In the neighbouring village of Bampton you will discover a supermarket, the local butchers, an art gallery and a number of pubs. Bampton has a variety of annual events including The Great Original Shirt Race, Morris Dancing and Donkey Derby.
For larger groups, Hunter Cottage (sleeps two guests) is situated within the grounds and is also available to book, subject to availability.

Children over 10 years of age are welcome along with an infant under 12 months (in own Moses basket).

The open fire and wood burning stove is available between 1st October and mid May each year.

This is a beautifully designed, furnished, and decorated family home with a lovely garden. It's spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The hamper was very generous and the whole house felt very welcoming.

A very enjoyable holiday from start to finish with Caroline (the Housekeeper) advising of key code to get in (and helping to return 2 aprons we left behind), the large house being warm and very comfortable, lovely garden with small fountain, a large welcome pack, plenty of kitchen equipment/utensils, beds are huge and bedding! Plenty of walks surround the village and two nearby pubs, The Clanfield Tavern being our favourite (good food, good prices). Very quiet and surrounding area pretty with interesting villages especially Bampton.
