Set out on foot or bicycle to follow one of the many paths and trails that lie close to the farm, following the River Yar to the village of Godshill or heading towards the Downs. The nearby village of Arreton boasts arts and crafts studios, a farm shop and two popular pubs for enjoying delicious locally sourced meals at the end of a long walk. The sandy beaches of Sandown, Shanklin and Ventnor are all within a short drive, as is the market town of Newport with its medieval castle of Carisbrooke.
