This charming large one bedroom cottage provides an ideal spot for a romantic break. Downstairs an open-plan living area includes a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a sitting area. Enjoy the plush seating before the 60” plasma screen TV, offering FreeSat, a Blu-ray/DVD player with a selection of DVDs to choose from, as well as a PlayStation 3 for your entertainment. The cottage boasts underfloor heating with the delight of additional heating from the woodburning stove, making this the perfect cottage for a couple who want to snuggle up after a day of exploring. For added convenience there is a cloakroom with a basin and a WC on this ground-floor. Upstairs you will find a large double bedroom with a TV and an en-suite Jacuzzi bath with a hand-held shower attachment, basin and a WC. Outside there is a rear private artificial turf area with an enclosed patio, as well as seating and a barbecue, perfect for a summer evening, while to the front of the property is a secure gated gravel path. A beautiful cottage for a relaxing break at any time of year! Note: This property is can be booked alongside Refs. 941340 and 941341, together sleeping 10 guests.

The ancient, picturesque and peaceful village of Chelmorton is situated in the heart of the Peak National Park. The village boasts a lovely pub which serves excellent food. Chelmorton has a fascinating historic landscape of 'fossil' arable strips enclosed within drystone walls and the village has a lovely medieval church of St John the Baptist.

    Would recommend. We now understand the comments about the settee. The weather was quite wet at times so we probably spent more time in than we would if the weather had been better. Settee not the comfiest especially the left-hand side of it.
