A delightfully modernised period, former fisherman’s semi-detached cottage, ideally situated in a quiet location, just off Cliff Road and yet within easy walking distance of Sheringham’s shops, cafes and restaurants. The beach is also only a few minutes’ walk away.

Ground floor: Front door opening into Lounge: with TV and DVD player leading into Dining room and Kitchen: with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer box and washing machine, dining table, door leading to small courtyard with table and two chairs. Door to: Family bathroom: bath with shower over, wash basin and WC.

First floor: Traditional steep stairs leading to: 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 double bedroom with feature fireplace.

Please note: Outside: small courtyard with rattan sofa . Amenities: Driveway parking suitable for small car. Wi-Fi. Stairgate available. Location: beach 0.2 miles, local site amenities to include restaurant and shop 4-minute stroll.

    “This far exceeded my expectations. It was thoughtfully decorated & equipped (there was even a DVD player which we weren't expecting) & spotlessly clean. Both the parking & outside space were a real plus - lovely to sit out with an early cuppa. By cutting through cliff road car park you are literally minutes from the sea. I should have liked a little more hanging space- just 2 of us & we filled it all up but there were plenty of drawers & also lots of cupboard space in the kitchen which you don't always get in self catering.”

    “A very comfortable and well equipped cottage. The kitchen was excellent with plenty of crockery and cutlery. Nice bathroom with good shower. As it is an old traditional home the staircase was steep but had a very secure handrail . The cottage is very conveniently placed for easy access to the beach and the many shops. Only a 10 min walk to the railway station to ride on the steam train. I would definitely recommend this holiday home. ”
