The property benefits from being located on the edge of the traditional Victorian fishing town of Cromer, famous for its local crabs, pier with the end of peir theatre and a blue flag beach.

The property benefits from being located on the edge of the traditional Victorian fishing town of Cromer, famous for its local crabs, pier with the end of pier theatre and a blue flag beach. Try crabbing off the pier, rock pooling at low tide or even surfing. The town itself has an array of independant shops, cafes and restaurants, there is plenty to do day or night.

Ground Floor: with front door opening into hallway with door to WC and washbasin and stairs leading to first floor. Door into the Sitting room: with comfortable sofas and Freesat, Smart TV, Blu Ray player, leading into open plan kitchen/breakfast room with dishwasher, washer/dryer, built-in electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer. With French doors leading out to south facing paved courtyard garden. Gate leading to rear access.

First floor: landing, with doors opening to principal bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobes and ensuite shower room with WC and washbasin. Door to: Twin bedroom. Door to family bathroom: bath with shower over, WC and washbasin.

Outside: South facing paved courtyard with raised beds, pergola. 1 x medium size dog permitted at £20.00 per week. Gate leading to rear access. Two dedicated parking spaces to the front of the property. Views to front overlooking communal green space.

Please note: Stairgate (fixed at bottom of stairs). Iron and ironing board provided. Bed linen and towels provided. Location: beach 1.1 miles. Train station (Roughton Road) 5 minute walk (regular trains to Sheringham and Norwich and beyond). Cromer Golf course 4 minute drive. Cromer town centre 0.8 miles, 17 minute walk. For walkers, on the doorstep is a pleasant walk along the public footpath to the National trust property of Felbrigg Hall, which hosts many events throughout the year, there is also nearby easy access to the many coastal footpath walks. Amazonia Zoo is also within a 5 minute walk.

    “Fantastic home in short walking distance of Cromer pier. Short walk past the playground and down the hill through zoo car park takes you right onto long road past Cromer Hall and the skate park. Well equipped modern house with parking outside away from the road. Lovely master bedroom with bathroom and twin ”
