Well maintained and comfortable cottage. The owner has gone over and above what was required!! Welcome pack , much appreciated, and even the torch/ lights supplied in the kitchen and hall were very useful. We would definitely recommend the cottage .

It has all the modern amenities that you could want yet still has a traditional cottage feel. The enormous bathroom with the roll top bath was an added bonus. The standard of cleanliness throughout the cottage was excellent. We met Tracey the owner who provided us with a wonderful "Welcome Pack " including a bottle of Prosecco ! The cottage is handily placed for a visit to Lincoln and the surrounding area. We would have no hesitation in returning to this property.

The owner had gone above and beyond to provide everything you could need and the welcome pack was just so thoughtful and yummy! Everything had been thought of and the cottage was very cosy and homely. We would certainly recommend to others.
